Welcome to the 2012 29er Australian Championship being held at RQYS, Manly, Queensland 12th - 19th January.

The NoR and OnLine Entry are now posted and available from the event's own microsite or you can also find the event link under the main RQYS Sailing page and the drop down sailing menu.

Also on the 2012 29er Australian Championship website you will find plenty of information on accommodation and RQYS Camping Booking Forms which can be downloaded.

Don't leave entering your nationals event to the last minute.  Entries now for the Nationals will stay open until the day before the regatta starts, and be accepted up until midnight Thursday 15 December 2011 but will incur a late fee.

Reminder for everyone - to be eligible to compete at the Nationals both Helm & Crew must have a current International 29er membership (NOR Part 3 section 3.3) and bring proof of same with them along with copies of Insurance policies for sighting. They must also be a current financial member of their State Association.

URGENT : We have had some enquiries from NZ and Hong Kong for charter of at least 3 x 29ers, coach boats and accommodation for the Australian Youth and 29er National Championships.  Anyone willing to make their 29er, their "coach" boat available for charter or any accommodation available for these athletes and families from overseas please contact  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The 2011 Australian 29er Association Inc AGM was held on Saturday Aug 27 at Mordialloc Sailing Club. Minutes for this meeting will be distributed to all state secretary's shortly for distribution to members. The elected office bearers for season 2011/12  are:
